The Journal of Sexual Anthropology Studies, in this edition, focuses its attention on two major problems related to bodies, genders and sexualities: pre-existing violence and sexuality in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic; as well as its variants from the approaches: historical, gender, and social constructionism and psychosocial. The authors review the differential impact that the pandemic had in Latin America, reviewing discrimination and violence in dating, feminicide and hate crimes, the exercise of practices related to technology in relation to erotic sexual life, thus which invite us to reflect on structural inequalities and their social reproduction.
