The manuscript dates from the 15th century and was bequeathed to the Bodleian Library by RIchard Rawlinson in 1755. Edition of 999 numbered copies, this #346. Unpaginated (approximately 600 pp.), original black cloth, 7.5 x 5.5 inches, top edge gilt. Facsimile of the first printed English-language New Testament and the first New Testament to be translated into English from the original Greek. Reproduced from the only known complete text (save for the title page). The book is now in the collection of the British Library. Covers lightly worn, gilt top edge scuffed, short tear to fore-edge of 8 pages near the middle of the book, else very good AS THEY WERE.
