First edition with a Denver Post newspaper clipping from August 1998 about Enos Mills' cabin in Rocky Mountain National Park. A small errata sheet is laid in at page 129, noting a correction to the altitude printed on the facing plate. The rear gutter is cracked and the cloth of the rear board is torn about 2.5 inches. Boards have light wear along edges, sunning along the spine and soiling. Text block has light toning and is holding together fairly well. Overall good condition.
