Signature with inscription (Alexander Campbell, 1847-1935, Scottish Composer)

"with pleasure yours very truly.", on card with place and date, 3¾" x 2½", Isle of Saltire[?], 26th December The name in the address is illegible but could be Saltire and as Mackenzie considered Scotland his spiritual home it may be a reference to that.
