Full dark brown calf hardback (approx. 17.5 x 12cm) with raised bands and blind-stamped decoration to spine and blind-stamped decoration to boards (detached but present). Pastedowns marbled. Lacking free endpapers. With both title pages to Old and New Testaments. Old Testament title page with architectural border and red rules, New Testament with red rules and small decorative vignette. Text in two columns with red rules throughout. Ink inscription, dated 1807, to blank facing Dedication page. Some toning and occasional foxing. Boards detached, no free endpapers and no blanks at front (starts with title page) but appears to be complete otherwise. Detached boards very worn at edges with some rubbing. Spine rather rubbed and creased (please see photos). Overall a Good, Sound Copy.
