Large view of Rome based on Pirro Ligorio famous plan printed in 1561.The view represents a reconstruction of Rome during the reign of Augustus. Two columns at sides list 269 monuments represented in the plate.Ligorio´s plan was the model for Braun Hogenberg and later plans of Rome for the XVII century.
